| Eligibility | Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 8+ years' experience in refinery and petrochemical plant maintenance, including 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Relevant experience in an Operations or Process Engineer role in the oil and gas, refinery or petrochemical industry, preferably with predictive maintenance (PdM) experience for the relevant area and assets. Knowledge of the refinery process and plant equipment, steam and gas turbines, centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, pumps, fans and blowers and seals, and of predictive maintenance technology (vibration, oil and infrared/thermography analysis), CMMS, SAP-PM and online vibration monitoring (Bentley Nevada System-1). Excellent written, read and spoken English is required; Arabic is desirable. |
