| Eligibility | Open to the public. Must be a U.S. Citizen or National; males born after 31 December 1959 must be registered for Selective Service. GS-15 level: one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-14, covering (1) overseeing environmental and social risk management across a wide range of projects, (2) presenting recommendations to leadership and briefing external stakeholders, (3) collaborating across teams to develop and disseminate environmental and social risk management policies, procedures and methodologies, and (4) supervising a team. Education is not a substitute at this grade. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance, complete a probationary period (including a one-year supervisory or managerial probationary period unless already met), file a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report (OGE Form 450) within 30 days of starting, and travel abroad to developing countries. Suitability for federal employment is determined by a background investigation. |
